Hogwarts RPG Name:
Adrienne Rebecca Colbert
Seventh Year
Default Yikes, missed a lot, so no catch-up
The Last of Her Kind

It only took a flick of Adrienne's wand and a dismissive, "Finite," for her to put out the flame that was still burning underneath her cauldron. Then she just had to drop in the other snake fang, which made a slight plop, and... yes, now she was nearly done! She gave the potion one quick counterclockwise stir, and marvelled at the fact that what had previously looked like a bunch of random objects floating in water was now one cohesive, gross-looking, nauseatingly yellow entity. She wrinkled her nose at the smell. Was she really going to have to drink that? And not even hers, which she was fairly sure about, but someone else's? Ugh.

Still, she "Scourgify!"-ed a cup and scooped up the liquid, which was much more viscous and even more disgusting than she'd anticipated.

"Thanks Adrienne," Gwen said shyly, leaning over to see the older girls notebook. She was still back on step two so there was a lot of catching up to do. Tracing her finger under Adrienne's words, Gwen read step two. Turn the heat to high and add the dragon heart. "Incendio," she lit the fire under her cauldron and added in the dragon heart that Culloden had measured out for everyone.
"Oh, no problem at all!" Really, she was just curious as to why Gwen wasn't able to read what was on the board, but she wasn't going to pry. It was obviously something the girl was insecure about, and she didn't want to antagonise one of the few people she was actually still on good terms with. Even though she was really, really curious... Adrienne removed the temptation to ask by instead posing another question to the girl.

"You wanna be my partner? We can trade potions," she said, gesturing to each of their cauldrons, "and then wrist-wrestle, if you like." If not, then she was going to have to actually go find someone whom she trusted enough to ingest the potion of. And not to offend Tora, but she was somewhat wary of her friend, who could be a bit careless, making something that she then had to drink.
