The term just started and all. It was alright with Nigel. Have to be prepared and have all the equipment set up. "Sure" And that made it ten times easier. It was going to be on the bulletin board. "Awesome and i sure won't."

Whoa,wait a second. Run a nine minute mile. Was he crazy. Maybe an eleven minute. That sounded doable. But 9. He was not that in shape. But..."I have nothing else planned this morning. Sounds good to me....and do the 10 pound weights help?"

Maybe honey did too. Might have to ask Kirby that next.
