"Nigel, I'll need you to wait at most a week or so as I get my Hut set up. I need to make sure I have all the proper equipment." He chowed down on another Danish, ooooooh this one had some kind of Cheese curd! "You'll find a bulletin soon on what I have planned. So keep that urge to build muscle in you!" Merlin knows this kid needed it...and a hair cut to boot. It was to difficult to make eye contact with that mop hanging from his head. "Finish off another Danish for extra energy, and run a 9 minute mile if you need to grab some exercise for now." He turned his head and looked into his hut "You want I'll spare you 10lbs leg weights to push yourself?"
