The Slytherin caught the butterbeer effortlessly and grinned at her friend."Good throw",she nodded plopping down on the sofa next to him.
And then she saw it...the socks. The girliest socks ever. On a boy. Vinnie couldnt help but giggle a little. " I love your socks, kitty cat". With that she took of her shoes and wiggles her toes at him.
Louis nodded his head. “Pretty much.” Her following question got his eyebrows to furrow thoughtfully; he had learned quite a bit about the way the room functioned throughout the last term, but some rules were still a little fuzzy. “Well… if it’s in use, other people can’t come in. But… if what they say they need is the exact same thing you’re using it for, then it will appear to them and they can walk in on you.” He paused for a moment with a sly grin. “So if someone passes by thinking ‘I need the room where Vinnie and her boyfriend are canoodling’, the room will appear to them.” Yep. Something like that, if he remembered correctly.
“Thanks.” The boy opened his bottle and took a sip.
At the giggling that filled the air, Lou raised a puzzled eyebrow. Then he followed Vinnie’s line of sight to his ridiculous socks and smiled sheepishly. Oh. He forgot he’d been wearing those. “Thanks. I thought they brought out my manlier side… y’know, being a Lion and all.” He grinned playfully at her and took a long drink from his butterbeer, distractedly watching her wiggling toes with amusement.
