Ahhh, the common room. Caleb had missed this place. Even though it was in the dungeons and sort of perpetually cold, it felt like home to him now. He had his favorite couch, he knew he could always find a roaring fire, and it was just relaxing and made him feel safe. Like he couldn't die of an aging disease if he was just hanging out here. Or something.
After his long first week of classes, he was ready to just take a break. He was going to need LOTS of breaks this term if he was going to get on the top points board again. He sighed and threw his bag on the arm of his favorite couch, plopped down, propped up his feet and closed his eyes. Ah yes, he had MISSED this!
