His attention was grabbed with Ashby's approach and predictable question. Yes, what was the Senior Undersecretary possibly doing down here during an operation to retake the Ministry. Surely he's up to some form of no good. Has to be. Merlin knows he couldn't possibly be Professional even at a time like this.

Gavin held up the box of spray bottles for the man to see. "Turns out we've got a chizpurfle infestation. Aron had his employees whipped up a potion that should take care of it. We've been handing them out since." He gestured toward the box. "Have some, let your employees start spraying about." Really he wasn't sure how these things worked but that was the basic idea.
Zach caught up with Gavin carrying a backpack with what seems to be canisters of the said potion for the chizpurfle. He looked around and notice the same facade as the ones from above, that is the other Departments.

He's only been here twice in his career in the Ministry, the fact the he finds this Department creepy sums it all up. But it feels a bit creepier this time around than usual, especially because of the infestation.

He approached Gavin and listened as he explained the nature of their trip to Level 9. He then took some sprayer bottle from the backpack and handed it to the Department Head.
