Lux is a very warm and easy going girl; as an extrovert, she loves having fun and making new friends. Not usually one to be shy, she loves jumping into things and prefers a head on approach in life. Family and friends are very important to her, and she is very loyal to those that she loves. Not generally one to anger, she can get mad when someone that she cares about gets hurt. A true Hufflepuff, she is very hard working and fair. She always tries her hardest with her school work, and takes classes very serious; education is something that she loves. She believes in treating everyone equally, and loves to help those in need whenever she can.

❧ EDUCATION HISTORY ❧

SPOILER!!: First Year

As the youngest Carrington child, Lux has always been treated as the baby. Because of this, her parents wanted her to receive her magical education through home schooling (despite the fact that both Lennon and Willa had attended Hogwarts). This has caused Lux to have been rather sheltered; most of her socializing was done with her family, though she also became friends with her next-door neighbour, Hazel Carmichael. As her mom did not want Lux performing magic in the house, this limited her experience with some subjects such as Charms and Transfiguration. As someone who is very active and more suited for practical work, this displeased Lux so she begged her parents to let her transfer over to Hogwarts until they finally agreed.

SPOILER!!: Second Year

Newly transferred over to Hogwarts for her Second Year, Lux was excited about that fact that she could meet new people and improve on her learning experience. It did not take long for her to make friends; by the time she had reached Hogwarts for the first time, she had already made a bunch from socializing on the train. Shy in class at first, it took a little bit for Lux to get comfortable with the class setting. Charms and Transfiguration proved the hardest for her because of the practical nature of the subjects. A fast learner, it did not take her long to learn new spells and gain knowledge though Astronomy and Ancient Runes still proved to be rather difficult for her. A strange ageing epidemic occurred at Hogwarts that year, and Lux was one of the few people who was immune. One of the top point earners in Hufflepuff, she also got two awards at the end of the term: Muggle Superhero, and Aspiring Astronomer.
