If Charlie couldn't be back in London, then she guessed this was the next best place in the Castle. It wasn't perfect, and there were often far too many people up here, but when she managed to get a chair in the corner by the window in the fairly empty room during one of her free periods, like right now, then it was the perfect place to read. Or write letters.

Or, in all honesty, just sit there and do absolutely nothing, like she was right now. She missed Tristan, and Valeria, and really wanted to be back working with Tam. The fact that she'd just started her sixth year, and that she was soon to be seventeen, and that Elodie and Cat were LEAVING at the end of this year...
