Personality: Being as old as he is means Charles has a lot of life experience and respect for those who deserve it. In his spare time, he keeps up with the politics throughout both the Muggle and Wizarding World, staying up-to-date with new spells and potions and sleeping (yes, it's the age. You'll sleep more when you're older too, IT'LL GET YOU). Realistically, he's a bitter old man who's sticking around just to kick all these young whippersnappers into shape!

Strengths: Self confident individual who gets on well with people and excels at public speaking. Unless they're just plain brain dead stupid. He's multi-lingual and speaks eight languages fluently (ten if you count sign language); these are English (first language), Spanish, French, Portuguese, Latin, German, Mermish and Gobbledegook. He can also communicate via British Sign Language and American Sign Language. All paperwork MUST be done before he leaves the office, he absolutely despises coming in on a morning and having a full 'In Tray', so keep away from the tray!

Weaknesses: He doesn't like kids. At all. Ever. Keep them away from him, for their own safety. On occasion, he's been known to sleep at the office because he got so absorbed in his work - all work and no play makes a very grumpy unhappy man.

Other: Charles has a particular interest in America - their politics affect the world because of them playing such a large part in peacekeeping, so it's definitely worth keeping up with everything. Shame about their spelling though.
