Seeing that he was way too early for work that day, Architect Max Beaugard made his way towards the Cafeteria of the Ministry to get his morning chow. He usually won’t leave his house with an empty stomach, but lately he has this urge to start the day earlier than usual. Why?

His youngest nephew happens to be in Hogwarts right now, and Max was uber delighted to have him finally in his old Alma Mater—all thanks to his other nephew; Mordred. As soon as he got his tea and blueberry muffin, Max unbuttoned his suit, sat comfortably on the chair and opened Ethan’s first letter for him from Hogwarts. Max grinned to himself as he was regaled by Ethan’s words—it felt like the boy was just beside him yapping all the good stuff that happened the other night. His heart swelled with pride too as his nephew revealed that Ethan ended up in Slytherin. “Silly boy. Your mother and father were both Snakes.” Although he did wonder about the Sorting Hat’s decision. It was very unlikely to put Ethan in a house full of sober kids; well at least during his and his sisters’ time, but the ancient hat knew better.

Max folded the letter neatly and inserted it in between his moleskin journal. He took a sip of his tea, and unfolded the Daily Prophet with his other hand. Unnatural Gingered Harpy. “Ah yes. Some weirdo trying to have a good time.” But it was no joke, since the threat was somehow directed to student athletes, but ultimately to the Headmistress, yes? Max simply shook his head, smirked and continued to sip his tea. “It’s a good thing Ethan doesn’t play Quidditch. For once, I am happy he’s into that muggle sport called…boarding skate. Or was it skate boarding?”

Even so, he's still worried.
