Mr. Ghost. First years could be so endearing sometimes. "Allow me to properly introduce myself," he said with a small bow of the head. He made sure to hold it steady just in case it were to slip. Save that awkward introduction to why the Headless Hunt had yet again rejected his application. "Sir Nicholas de Mimsy-Porpington at your service. Resident ghost of Gryffindor Tower."

"Ah so good to see you back to your youthful self, Mister Atreyu," he beamed at the lion. "I trust the summer holidays were to your fancy?"

Before the boy could answer him, something went shooting right through his transparent chest and completely caught the ghost off guard. "Well that certainly was uncalled for."

Speaking of uncalled for.

Ghostly eyes widening at the second 'attack,' Sir Nicholas' expression softed just a smidgen when the girl apologized. "Indeed I am," he grinned. "But I dare say you have not truly been startled until you have seen this."

And then the ghost reached up with his right hand to tug his head to the side by his hair. If only that half an inch of skin were not there...
