Merlin this boy was going to get them killed for sure Gump thought to himself as the boy started looking over the edge of the boat. What it tipped over? Gump certainly didn't know how to swim. The boy thank goodness wasn't as loud anymore. Feeling himself calm down a bit he answered the him.

"My brothers says its one of the meanest creatures at Hogwarts and it especially loves first years because we're weak and cant fight back"

What the other boy said made sense except the part about the squid being friendly, his brothers told him that any chance the squid got he ate first years.

"Maybe the squids a test so the headmistress can find all the troublemakers before they enter the castle" That would give her a reason to keep it around.

"You really think not getting in the boat is giving trouble?" if something like that was giving trouble then he would have to be more careful than usual.

Gump turned to the only girl now she wasn't making any sense.

"Your wrong the squid is a terrifying creature that goes around hunting first years."
