"Maybe we should break up for real then. If they hate me that much, then whatever." Zahra dug out a little racecar from her pocket. It was muggle, but Zahra had painted it up to be Gryffindor, with Mikey's name and Quidditch number on the side. She rolled it up his leg without looking at him.

Maybe it would be better if he kept his mouth shut when it came to Alexa. Every time he mentioned the girl, Zahra got like this. It just felt wrong though to keep things from her and besides it seemed he couldn't do anything without someone seeing anyway. So she would end up finding out and then she would be even more mad at him.

Why did it feel like he couldn't win anymore?

"Zahra." He began with a heavy sigh. "They don't hate you. They just think we spend TOO much time together." He was trying to understand where they were coming from but he just couldn't. He had known Z for as long as he could remember and he loved being with her. "I don't think that. You do know that, right?"

He placed his hand over the car to make her stop and he sucked his head so that he could see her face. "Right?"
