She rocked on her heels again and stared at him, "I dont know what to tell you... I dont have many secrets... I am not very interesting, Im afraid... but I do really want to know your name because I prefer not to call you 'Mystery Boy' or even 'Mystery Man'..." Melek took a breath and looked at him. "Anyways, I dont tell strangers, especially nameless ones, secrets... but like I said earlier I dont have secrets... I just dont do stuff to make secrets, I guess." She sighed and frowned, looking at him. Melek was about to bend down and scoop up the bag when he was already on it. Mel blushed and tucked a loose strand behind her ear, looking at him. "Ah... erm... thanks... yet again." She reached out to take the bag back.
Bryant picked his stuff up from where he had placed it and gave her a glance. "No secrets, huh?" He said, raising an eyebrow. "Well then, lets start with the easy stuff... Why are you in London if you come from Turkey?" The fifteen-year old asked, wandering over to the counter with all his stuff. He knew she would follow since she had been all this time. While waiting for her to respond, he placed his items on the counter and paid for them, telling the person behind the counter he would be back for his kneazle in two weeks time.
Then while waiting for Mel to finish up her shopping, he asked another question. "Since apparently you are not very mysterious, I want to know what your favorite color is... and what your favorite food is." |
