Zeke was familiar enough with the Leaky Cauldron to know they had rooms, and that some of those rooms were vacant. More to the point, Zeke had skills, his fingers were light and nimble and he could take things as well as get into places, and this was how he had managed to gain access to what he had sussed out to be an empty room. All these lessons Emily had given him in observation and stuff had honed his sneaking skills. He was ace at being sneaky now. ACE.

After closing the door lightly behind him, Zeke turned his attention to the room. There had to be towels or a fluffy robe somewhere. He started with the wardrobe, pulling the doors wide open to examine what he could find.
Well. Today was TERRIBLE.

Charlie had found her favorite tiara, chewed it up, and put Sachiko in a HORRIBLE mood. Things were only made worse by the fact that yet again her kiss of true love did nothing on Bubba. Fairy tales were giving her such high expectations for life, you know? Clutching Bubba with both of her hands, the soon-to-be-six-year-old went scurrying up and down the hallways in a pink flash, pausing here and there to test door handles and see just which guests had been kind enough to leave them unlocked.

While rattling one of the locked door handles, however, she heard the sound of a door closing. Cocking her head to the side like a curious baby owl, she looked down at her toad and pouted. "Bubba, I think there is a ghost. Daddy didn't give anyone the pretty bow to that room," she informed him. She would have remembered too. That pretty bow was the closest to her favorite color, pink. "Princesses can also be ghost hunters, did you know?"

Pursing her lips and putting on her I AM DETERMINED face, Sachiko marched towards the door and pressed her ear up against it firmly to listen carefully for a few moments before she slowly pulled the door opened and peeked inside. Only to be slightly disappointed and excited at the same time. "You're not a ghost."

Lame.
