Minerva wiped at her face a bit more and nodded as he repeated the six weeks. She tried to think about four weeks, but she really couldn’t place it so it was irrelevant anyway. Gunnar’s long nights from teething had her so frazzled that she wasn’t surprised really. She couldn’t remember anything lately other than what was immediately needed. Her blue eyes looked up to his question and she smiled. “Emotional I guess. Maybe a bit from hormones, but just I worried about what you were going to think, I’m nervous, happy, excited, just everything all at once. "
“Life seems to always have other plans for us doesn’t it?” She chuckled, though she had liked life’s plan for them so far so why not let this follow in it’s path. “This is going to be great really. A little brother or sister for Gunnar and a new baby. Everything will be just great.” She was grinning so much at that. It was going to be great. She was excited about this. She knew that his cousins were close in age so she just nodded, “Think how great that will be. Maybe not when they are younger and possibly fighting, but older they can look out for each other.” With his question about due date she got up and went towards her purse. Pulling out one of those little small pictures she had showed him when she told him about Gunnar. “She said around February 26.” Sitting back down, she handed him the little image. Not bothering to really point anything out he had seen one before.
She was so relieved as he seemed happy and a bit excited about this too. It made her relax and not as crazy know he was alright with the new addition. Resting her head on his chest as he held her she closed her eyes letting the feeling pass. When her eyes lifted at his question. “Oh it usually does, but I think my nerves tonight just over powered it.” Closing her eyes again it hit her what he was really talking about. She lifted her head to look at him. “Oh, I was thinking the sickness potion. You were meaning.. No it probably worked fine if I remembered to take it. I think I had forgotten a few times from being up all night with Gunnar teething. This is my fault.” She did feel bad knowing she screwed up, but at the same time she was happy with the screw up.
