Beans could tell that his owner was feeling better too and was riding happily on his shoulder as Caleb selected an empty compartment. He sat down, sighed happily and put his feet on the seat across from him. He reached into his bag and took out the small mirror he'd been using to monitor his healing - YES! His hair was basically back to normal now!
You couldn't even tell he'd been sick, really. He couldn't stop GRINNING!
"Ready to go home?" A loud squeak caused her to shake her head and laugh. She enjoyed the motion, actually being able to make it. She enjoyed the hair brushing up against her face. She enjoyed all the small things about being young that she had taken for granted. Her hand reached up to Poppy and she stroked the pygmy puff lovingly.
"Me too."
She walked into a compartment assuming it was empty when she looked up and blushed.
"Sorry. I should've been more attentive." She stood there awkwardly standing in the door not sure the boy would let her it there or if she should just leave.
"I'm Hope."
It kind of felt weird to be introducing herself right before she was heading home but, eh, what was one more introduction.
