He was at least gracious about the whole thing, didn't seem all that fazed about her failing memory at all. It was when he started going on about leadership roles that it got her realllyyyy thinking. She remembered every Lion leader she'd been here for, so... this didn't make sense. This was only confirmed as he continued on about cup wins. She hadn't witnessed the Lions win anything other than Gobstones.
"You know... I think I do remember you, or your name at least, but only from my time in the trophy room... I came to the school a few years after that victory."
Perhaps she wasn't the only one with an addled brain? She hoped he hadn't caught whatever contagion was responsible for this aging thing. That'd be tremendously unfortunate.
"Hasn't changed at all? Really?" she asked, though she supposed he was right, it hadn't changed all that much since she was a student either, which was much before his time too.
