Lex had turned her back on him for a moment to make sure she didn't run into anyone and half her mind freaked that she'd lost her puffskein and would have to go stealing one from someone else when they weren't looking, charm it (see that she was learning) then say it was hers and she didn't know what they were on about. Luckily Vicious was still there keeping in step with her and doing it in such a cute way too!

Could she keep him? For reals?...No...not with the kneazle she had. Felix would have been a nightmare for poor Vicious and his name wouldn't have been enough to scare the kneazle away.
