Bart was still walking around with his puffskein. Moving about slowly when he saw it moving it's head to eat something. "You no.. don't you do that." Did the charm wear off already? If it did then it wasn't very strong. No he couldn't have a weak charm. Especially one that controlled things. He had to control things such as his frogs. He could have an awesome frog army.
