The brightest thing Tobias owned was a bright yellow jacket. He also had some brightly coloured shoes that he'd slipped on before heading down to the lesson, but nothing pink, unfortunately. If that wasn't enough, Toby also had a blue and green zigzagged t-shirt, which seemed brightly patterned enough.

The playpens were that way, right? Toby squinted at the sign to make sure his eyes weren't playing tricks on him, before heading down to the pens. He pushed through the gate and shut it behind him once inside, and then caught sight of the creatures.

CUUUUUUUUUUUTE. And sO FLUFFY.

The Hufflepuff beamed and got a little closer. He even lowered himself carefully to the floor so he could say hello to the creatures. Oh, wait... that reminded him. Toby looked up again.

"Hi Professor Magical Creatures, hi Professor Neighbour!" Names were hard, okay? These ones were easier to remember. His brain was aging just as fast as his body, after all.

Anyway, back to the creatures. Were they puffskeins or something?

But... hmm... the professors really WERE pink. That made Tobias feel like he was really gonna stick out. It was a shame he hadn't mastered the colour-changing charm yet; that would have been really helpful today.
