UGH his head was throbbing and his chest hurt from lard butt on to of him, but Jorge's smirk returned hearing Emily's words, maybe she did like him after all. Well he did have that charm about him. Looking back at hot head he waited for the man to move, if it registered what she was even saying, but with the look he was giving Jorge knew he'd be breathing easier in a few moments.
Feeling his hands be freed he rubbed at his wrists damn binding stung a bit, either that or his hands just hurt from the collisions they had with Simon's face. If that was the case it was worth the pain in them. Once the auror was off of him he felt his chest lift and free for his air to move normally, but he did eye the hand. Was he joking? He knew the man was putting on a show, it was obvious, but he could play along.
Taking his hand he got to his feet and shut his eyes for a second as his head throbbed a bit. Putting a hand on the back he felt the spot, he could deal with it later, he just wanted this over with. Wiping a little blood on his jeans he followed the man towards the benches and sat down.

My word is you have someone who thinks he can go up to people's girlfriends and hit on them, and then provoke them by bringing up personal information like cheating on that said girlfriend, and then has the nerve to say he is being assaulted when he's shoved for these reasons. Further more that same person thinks once he has the upper hand and I wasn't fighting against him, he would do another cheap move and put a body bind on me. What if muggles were in that alley? Real criminals are let lose and he has to pretend he's a big Auror and force someone to get upset so he can feel good about himself and get an arrest." Was that enough word for ya?
