Great.
He was deaf and she was apparently both deaf and blind. So what were they supposed to do now? He did not want to ask the Professor because the man was already angry with him as it was.
Michael looked at the board and he could see the incantation written up there and then he looked around the room to see what his classmates were doing. After watching them for a moment, he kinda got the gist of what they had to do.
So he picked up his wand and pointed at Rhodes face. "FRONTIS ALLEVATUS." He meant to make a swishing movement with his wand but he just ended up smacking her in the face with it.
Did the Hogwarts Healer give out eye exams?
Because at that moment, the thing Rhodes wanted most, was a nice pair of glasses that would help her see. She didn't know why the Professors were still holding classes. It wasn't like
she could learn anything in her condition. And even if she was able to see and hear, she would most likely just forget everything in a matter of minutes anyway.
Rhodes let out a huff, then another huff because she was allowed to, and once Michael turned away from her, some help he was, she followed his gaze and glanced around the classroom as well. She.. couldn't tell what everyone was doing, but as long as she pretended..
Her wand was in her hand not as quickly as she would've liked it to be once he was pointing his right at her face, and since he was mouthing off some kind of gibberish, she decided to, too.
"FRONKLIS ALLEYOPUS." Was that right? No?
Squint. "FRONTIS ALLEVATUS." That seemed more spell-like and..
SMACK.
Her wand went right across Michael's face, since she was copying off him and all now.
