"Oi. Cut that out." With gloved hands, Alice stole back her soil right from his pot and replaced it around her seedling, patting it down with love. Clearly, Cactus was jealous that he hadn't thought of a form as good as an ostrich and was trying to sabotage her creation. But she was too smart to fall for that, see?
The seventh year pulled her hands out of the form again. After giving another nod and a grin to that Hufflepuff kid, she started to consider how she was going to shape her ivy. Those clipper things seemed like a good idea, but were her arms strong enough to hold a pair of those up? Probably not, so maybe Alice would stick to magic today.
"Aguamenti." Moving her wand in the squiggly motion of the spell, she began watering her plant.
Merlin, there was a lot of this. Trimming was going to take
