She looked up at him and gave a weak nod to his question though, still clearly embarrassed though. Anna had always wanted that first kiss to be special… and for her it was, it just kinda sucked for her that she couldn’t say it was that magical kiss that made everything change and made her life turn around… Hey she was still young after all, that’s kind of how she always pictured it happening.
Kace nodded when she was explaining why she did it. Yeah it was true, he didn't feel the same way. He only just saw her as a friend. Plus he had a huge crush on Emmylou right now. He did really miss her and wished she was here. She even admitted she didn't feel bad about it. He smiled and responded,
"I wouldn't of asked you too. I am just glad we all got our feelings into the open and now we won't feel sooooo awkward..." he shrugged and chuckled, then he looked toward the dance floor.
He noticed Awar dancing by herself and he really wanted to join her. "
Hey do you wanna come and dance with my friend Awarlesta? She looks like she can use a few friends to dance with. What do you say?" he asked her.
"Unless you wanna stay here and chill out that is fine too. Also on a side note, we will always be friends. No matter what happens." he said and hugged her. He walked away to let her deal with her confusion. He wanted to dance some more to be honest.

The band was a bit of break right now, but other music had replaced the temporary silence and it was still enough to get her pumped.
The 16 year-old made her way deep into the crowd where no one could see she was alone, but also where she can just completely let loose. She started bopping her head to the music, eventually turning to swishes of her head and hair from side to side. Once she felt the music in her bones, she was jumping up and down and swinging her arms side to side. Good, this is good.
Kace invited Annalee to come and dance but he understood if she didn't want to. He made his way to the dance floor because he still wanted to dance. He maneuvered through the crowd until he found his best friend.
"Hey do you need a dance partner!?"
