She turned just as Gina said happily, "Ruby!"
"Merlin, you startled me, Trixie," Vashti said with a small laugh. "Is this how you greet all your friends nowadays?" she added with a grin.
Trixie couldn't help but smirk a little as Vashti jumped to her surprise. She couldn't resist it, there was still a part of the blonde which retained her Hogwarts personality. Frying pans and cushions in history of magic was one of her favourite memories, who cared if she was a mother now? She could still have a little fun. And the giggle that erupted out of the small brunette beside her was encouragement enough.
"Only those friends I like the most" she winked pulling her friend into a big hug.
"You were distracted facing the other way and it was oh so tempting" she giggled. She glanced down at the little girl next to her.
"Hello sweetie" she grinned.
"Is mummy spoiling you with sweets?" she asked.
Ruby had pulled her younger friend into a hug just like her mother had done to Vashti. "Hello Gina" she grinned before smiling up at her Godmother.
