Well if he had an option, of the two, Ben agreed with the thought of a blood pop over a cluster and nodded gingerly to show it. He wasn't much of a fan of trying something that might actually have an insect within it. Regardless if it was dead in covered on stuff that would otherwise be considered yummy. The Gryffindor glanced another look around the shop, the boy wandering a little with his friend. So he wasn't aware of Adi's attention on him or any clue to future intentions.

"I like sour candies," he answered tentatively with another shrug as he looked back, revealing something that one might have not necessarily picked up in passing. It was random. Ben hadn't found much wizarding candy that fit the bill though, and clung instead to the stuff his grandparents had introduced one visit to the states. "Chocolate's okay though. " Even if sometimes he simply prefered it in beverage form, especially hot.
