Adelaide was kind of staring at Botros. Whatever was going on in this castle was weird. Botros seemed to be getting younger while students and other teachers were getting older. How was this even remotely possible in anyway?
...But then McCormack was talking and holding up things. What were they? Really she couldn't see very well from where she was sitting so she got up and walked to the desk. He had said it was all right. Addi inspected the things a little before turning back to the professor.
"They're from Egypt and seem to have hieroglyphs on them." She pointed to the blue one with the eye. "That's the Eye of Horus. He was one of the Egyptian gods." Yay for her childhood mythology obsession paying off in a class.
She went back to her seat and waited for him to go on.
