Ben sat back in his chair to recover, a lick your wounds sort of move without, thankfully, having any wounds. He did however have pain especially when the professor yelled across the room to see if he was alright. Both of the boy's arms quickly going up to cover his ears to try and block out the loud sound. It wasn't all too successful however, as he made a pained face at the discomfort and ringing that he was getting in response.
Dying? Red Shirt?
Huh?
What was the man trying to ask him?
"No...no dying," the Gryffindor finally answered, his mind settling on that word. Not unless one could die from being exposed to really loud noises. So much for having a good class.
