Delilah had more questions about his grandmother, though. About HIM. Where was he from? Where did he live? Was he French? Did he have siblings? But she remained quiet. Maybe later. She grinned at him and lightly nudged his leg with hers. Because she was so very mature.. Yep.
"How is that supposed to make me feel better?" Old-lady model? She still had so much to do before she became an old lady, you know. Graduate, have a career, get married, have kids..... SO much. She wasn't ready to be old, yet. Just NO. But unfortunately, she could do nothing about it. "You're really sweet, though.. Thank you." Handling it well.. right. He didn't need to know that she cried to herself every night. Nope.
She giggled when he closed his eyes. He liked it, didn't he? Hmm. Maybe she should do this more often. Ahem. "Yeah.." Delilah nodded and gave a light shrug of the shoulders. "I definitely can..." And then, she smirked. A little. ".. but would I get anything in return?" Kidding. She'd do it for free, obviously. But she liked teasing him.. so. This was going to be fun.
