A door on the wall beside the cubicles leads to a Conference Room where the Transportation employees will meet to discuss important matters. When a meeting is called EVERYONE will report here when directed to unless other tasks have been assigned. The center of the room is taken up by a large square table with enough chairs around it to accomidate everyone and there are more in a closet if they are needed. The walls are covered with stlyish art and a white board to use in presentations.

Taking notes during meetings is a good idea and would be much appreciated, you may need them for the assigments that will be given.
