Gunnar was napping in his bassinet so Minerva thought she'd lay down on the couch. She laid there thinking about the last week. She couldn't believe her baby was already a week old. She had been a mommy for a week, it was crazy, exciting, amazing, exhausting, and she was loving every minute of it. She truly had no clue how amazing this journey was going to be until he was in her arms. Nothing else seemed to matter anymore. A smile crossed her face as she thought about how blessed she was and soon Min fell into a deep sleep.
Hearing a noise she stirred thinking it was Gunnar, but when she opened her blue eyes she sat up a little quicker. "Mariel.. Hi" How long had she been asleep? Rubbing her eyes and yawning she sat up to give room for her husband's aunt to sit. "Sit.. sit.. I'm sorry I fell asleep." She glanced around not even sure where Ethan was. "E.. E Mariel's here." Was he around or had he popped out to the greenhouse. "Would you like anything to drink? A snack?" Did they even have food in the house? She wasn't sure since she really hadn't left the house since having the baby.
