She said this so matter-of-factly that it was almost as if she was a hundred percent sure of herself that this was an actual disease a person could get.
She grinned apologetically at the man then headed out the door and down the corridor. Orsino raised an eyebrow at the young girl and her 40 year-old comment. He was 40, but look at him and disease would bounce off of him in fear that his antibodies were just as buff as he was. "He's fine. I've heard worse" Kirby reassured the girl before she left. The thin man, sounded like he was overreacting. Quote:

So what if the man had a moderately low tolerance for pain. That was allowed! Better that then smelling like a troll that had bathed in honey and looking like one.
Airey looked back to the Headmistress and then back to the Groundskeeper. Probably didn't matter whatever he said, but one thing was for sure was that he did not want that man's hands all over his suit.
..............He was not 40 YET thank you very much. Still had a few years before that (4 come December actually).
"You are dismissed, Miss Newell," he reminded her gently before she left. Did he look 40? He had always been told that he looked younger than his age. Or maybe it had been that he acted younger than his age.... Quote:

"Mr. Kirby!" the redhead motioned him over to the chair scene. "You're just in time, actually. We need to get Flamsteed to the Hospital Wing in the most efficient manner possible... right now, I believe the chair is acting as a back brace for him, and we don't want him to fall off it. Think you can give him a lift in it down to the third floor?"
She was being literal this time.
"Flamsteed..." She turned back to the Astronomy man. "How do you feel about permanent sticking charms?" Or rope? Quote:

And speaking of not possible.
"No, no...nooooooooo...not going to happen," he said as he shook his head vigorously. Again. Sudden movements. Should not do that. "No offense, Headmistress, but I would rather be carried through the castle like some sort of parade creature than have a permanent sticking charm administered on one of my suits." Orsino smiled and nodded to Anastasia. "Sounds to me like he can manage. At most I can reduce the need of our Healer and just snap his back into place. I'll just need proper footing. That, or since he doesn't want to be carried by chair I'll float him down like rag doll." Yup. Those were his only two options he was giving. "What if you stuck him to the chair, then added some wheels?" Okay, now he was just having fun. "Sorry Blondo, but it seems you're in no position to negotiate" with that Orsino removed his wand. "You can choose how you want to stay upright on that chair. Sticking or a Rope?"
