Defense Against The Dark Arts was always interesting. Whether it was the yoga or weird atmosphere with the mats, Nigel did not know. Nigel walked into the room and noticed this room never changed at all.

He was a little too distracted by the floor being tad bit slippery that he forgot to greet Romanos. Just get to a mat before he embarrasses himself. Hopefully this lesson would be relaxing enough to not give him anymore grey hair. Grey Hair was evil and Nigel had no idea how he was getting it.

Okay, Zen and maybe some Yoga would help.
