Oichi was really getting into this lesson. She liked that the professor was getting so in depth in questions about runes so quickly. She knew that when it came time to start using them it was most likely gonna be intense but oh so rewarding. But now it was time to answer the current question. Oichi raised her hand and responded, "Well, it would be a good idea to call on runic magic to handle things that magic can't, like changing the weather using a protection rune, or changing you're future using a rune to make you're future better. These things are not concrete enough for a magic wand to handle".
