Rope ladders were weird and they moved and it was almost as bad as the thought of being on a broom. ALMOST.
But once she was up, she was sorted. And to a bench she went, setting herself up on it with her back against the wall, directly under a window. Smell of fresh air, a place that wasn't her dorm and knitting.
Day to waste.
A tree house! He had a tree house at his other school. It was a great place to plan things and jump out of when the older kids charmed the ground. He wondered if they did that here.
Climbing the rope as quickly as he could he made his way up. This had to be fun and there had to be excitement, because what tree house wasn't fun. Where was Luc he hadn't seen him since they got sorted in the same house. Whatever he'd find his step cousin later right now was mission time. Maybe this could be a good place to hang the item he had kept from the train.. maybe.
Once up the ladder he noticed someone was sitting there alone. What was she doing?
"Do you sleep here?" Noticing she was in her pajamas. Maybe people weren't put in a house slept in the tree house. Was this were the houseless stayed?
