Silver heard her name. It was Bay! She stopped as soon as he was coming down in her direction. Heaving and taking deep breaths, trying to catch her own breath.
"Th-..." She panted "Thanks!" Silver beamed and her eyes lit up, seeing her beanie had been rescued!
"Wow Bay! You were like SUPERMAN!" Silver grinned taking her back and putting it back on her hair.
Not only did Silver witness Bay run after her beanie, but she also witnessed her favorite beanie slap and nearly suffocate another young girl.
Feeling bad for that incident she turned to the innocent bystander, "sorry! My badness." Silver bit her bottom lip in guilt and waved at the young girl. "Your face is awesome for not letting my beanie go any further." Silver looked on the bright side.
Bay laughed at Silvers comment.
"Oh.. not at all..Quidditch reflexes you know" giving her a wink.
"So what are you doing out here?" he asked her

Maybe it would have been amusing the way the girl described Bev's "heroic" act with her face if she hadn't felt so embarrassed by it. Who got hit on the face by a flying beanie WITH EARS? Ridiculous.
Bev stuffed her hands in her jacket pockets. "My face says you're welcome." She hadn't meant it to come out sarcastic, but...it did.
Suddenly she didn't want to spend time at the lake. She nodded politely at both the boy and the girl and headed up the grounds. The library sound like a nice place to go to.
Bay felt really bad that he didn't catch the hat in time.. he didn't even see it hit her face thats how fast it was flying.
"hope your okay" he said as he watched her walk away.
