Even though he had been obviously directing that to someone else, she was going to reply as well. She placed herself beside the boy and opened the package of cookies from home. "Cookie?" She took one for herself before offering to the handful of others who were around, including Mo and Sophie. Sophie's eyebrows raised as she tried not to watch Cat and Mo interact. Really, she tried pretty hard not to, but she DID and a big ol' grin took over most of her face. They were cute. Really nice together. But once they were done having their moment, Sophie called, "Caaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat," and reached across Mo first to grab Cat's hand and shake it in a mock formal greeting, then snatched up a cookie. "I love that we can always count on you to feed us. You're so good. My personal favorite." She shoved half the cookie into her mouth and chewed delightedly. "'anks." Quote:

Leah said, sighing. "But now everything seems perfect and I'm now excited for tomorrow's classes!" She exclaimed, beaming. Awwww Leah was sorted! Offering the girl a welcoming yet slightly disappointed smile at her being in a different house, Sophie patted the spot next to her. "Aw, see, it wasn't so bad after all though, right? You made it through, no fainting! Here, have a cookie - this is Cat and Mo here, by the way, they're the coolest people at this school. Eat, though, if you still feel faint." Being the nervous fainter firstie would probably follow poor Leah all her years. "Congrats on Hufflepuff, though. You'll fit in well there. Lots of nice people. Common room right near the kitchens for easy snacking. S'a good deal." That was the only part of being a Hufflepuff that made Sophie wish she was one. Quote:

Lily greeted two of her teammates from the past term's quidditch team.
Seeing some new faces, the redhead gave a smile. "Welcome to Ravenclaw! Or welcome back if you've been here before. I'm Lily, seventh year." Where was everybody?? Was she really that early? "Hey Lily." Sophie had already calculated in her mind that this particular teammate would be a seventh year this year. Her last year on the team with them, and then she'd be leaving them. The girl's last start-of-term feast.
Sophie almost got a little sad for her, but it wasn't a time for sadness, so she tried to forget Lily was there for now. No sadness. Still a whole year ahead. Lots of time for fun adventures with friends. A Quidditch Cup to win. All sorts of good stuff.
