He was older than her but he wasnt an adult... at least not an old adult... He could still be in school or he could have graduated already maybe a year or two at most. She gave a smile as he seemed nice... which was good. Melek gave a weak nod, "Yeah... I.. Um... its just... This isnt..." Mel sighed and looked down before looking back up at the guy, "Everything is confusing here..." A frown appeared again and she sighed. The Turkish girl crossed her arms and glanced around before looking down again. Her stomach growled a little and she sighed and looked at the food choices again, giving a confused look, "I dont even know what half of this stuff is." She bit her lip and she sighed, looking at the choices then at him then back at the choices. Melek saw her dad and she muttered a few choice words and ducked behind this guy, hiding from her dad. Mel glanced up at the guy and gave him a face that basically just begged him not to give her away to that guy. She didnt want to see her father at the moment. Her father was calling her name and she just kept hiding from him.
... Alec was confused and it was only... what? Just a little past ten in the morning? This was new. Was she just nervous? Or was he really that scary? ... No... maybe it was the first. Because there was no way that he, Alec Summers, could ever be scary. He was more along the lines of... a puppy. Yeah.

Everything was confusing here? "Erm... what are you confused about?" His grey-blue eyes flew between her and the food at the concourse. Was it because of the food? If so, the boy had no problem in recommending something. Maybe a BLT sandwich, if the girl fancied it. "Do you need some assistance, Miss--"

... she had disappeared. BLINK.

"What..." Behind him. Yeah. This did not help with the boy's confusion. In fact, it only made things worse. He looked around, wondering if something -- or someone -- scary had popped up before looking over his shoulder at the girl hiding behind him. "What... what are you doing?"
