Why wasn't this girl giving up her pretty thing? She had said please and thank you. THAT was the polite thing to do. Or did she have to physically take it off her? Big people could be so weird something. She was just about to give it another firm tug when mama came and scooped her up.
Thrashing about a bit, she let out a loud HUMPH when she was put down in the corner. "BUT THAT'S NOT FAIR!" she pouted as she crossed her arms and legs and looked all sorts of disgruntled over the idea of getting another time out. Not that she believed papa would actually keep her in time out all weekend. She knew how to push papa's buttons. Mama...not so much.

But then she was pointing towards the other older person that walked in. The one that had called her 'that'.
"I'm not a that," she said, sticking her tongue out. "I'm a princess."
