"How has the wizarding world kept such a big secret? I mean, I feel completely oblivious that such people existed!" He grinned back at Jun as he shook his hand.
"Whoa!? What? Merlin is an actual real person?!" Altair felt like he needed to sit down. He thought Merlin was just part of kid's story with Arthur and his nights, completely make believe. He didn't actually process that he was an actual dude. "I just thought it was a clever name the adoption people came up with. Hey Merlin, it's okay to come back down now," he called to his owl, who can swooping in and landed on his head this time. Altair laughed. "We are going to have to work on your landing skills," he said as he went ahead and gave Merlin a treat. "And it's a pleasure to meet you too Uggie." He looked down to the dog and gave a slight bow while balancing Merlin on his head.
"House? What does that mean? And a raven-what-a?" Altair hated feeling so oblivious, but part of his worry went away when Jun said he was muggleborn too. "I was starting to feel really alone in all this, but here you are coming from the same boat and it seems like smooth sailing for you!" He only hoped he would be able to pick up on the lingo quickly. Meeting people like Jun helped though. He already felt like he was learning a lot and hopefully wouldn't be completely oblivious to everything once he got to school. "I'm just wondering how it works you know? My dad says that my mom never showed any magic abilities, so I'm wondering where it comes from?" Was it genetics? No. That seemed strange. Maybe it was simply magic? Whatever it was, it was certainly an adjustment to get used to.
Hmm, that was a good question. There were many ways their world has been kept a secret.
"Some buildings on the other side look like regular ones bu they're actually magical buildings. Like our hospital looks like a condemed building to muggles on the outisde," Jun explained.
"Besides, many people wouldn't really like us because they'll think we're dangerous," Which is probably why his parents haven't told their familes that Jun was actually a wizard.
Jun chuckled. He couldn't really blame Altair for not knowing much. He was on that same boat back in his first year too.

When Altair greeted his crup, Uggie wagged his tail and turned towards Jun. Kind of sensing what he wanted, Jun threw the stick and let Uggie fetch after it. Thankfully the stick went a bit far so Uggie would start running around on his own. Oh, the houses. Right.
"At Hogwarts, we're divided into four houses. Those are Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Slytherin, and Ravenclaw. A hat, named the Sorting Hat, puts you into one of these houses, depending on your traits," Because Jun was a smartie, that's why he was put in Ravenclaw. Maybe.
"No, you're really not alone. We all have to start from the bottom. Besides, you'll learn plenty of stuff at school and you get used to it by your second year," Ain't that the truth. Hmm, how did some wizards come from muggle parents? Jun never really questioned it. He was just happy to find out he was a wizard.
"Uh, I'll back to you on that one," Quote:

Reaching the play area, the not-sorted boy looked around for a good place to sit. A lot of people had showed up apparently...and one of them was... "GIGANTOR!" Yup he was shouting at you , sugarplums boy! He grinned as he waved from the other side of the field. "HI TO YOU TOO MINITOR!" Cause the other boy was small...LIKE HIM!
Okay, now he had to get back to getting to know Templeton. Sitting down on the grass, Kevin shifted his legs until he sat indian style and placed the brown colored rat on his lap. "I'm going to take good care of you! I don't want to loose my hair!" Yes, he had remembered his contract. Scary contract was scary...
Jun was in the middle of thinking about how muggles had magical kids, when a certain name made him cringe. Ugh, it was
him. And he had a ..rat? Well, at least his crup looked way better than his rodent.
"I'm only a giant because you're like two feet tall!" Jun called out. Being five-foot-eight at fifteen was tall? Jun's brother was close to six feet and he was only seventeen.
"And my name's Jun, Mr. Mini-Me!" HA. TAKE THAT. Well, not really because it wasn't even that good of an insult. But the little boy was only like ten or something so Jun couldn't really insult him. Plus, he was sure his parents were around.
"What's your name anyway?" he asked. Because since the shop, he never knew it.
