Marigold saw a familiar person in the compartment next to her, so she slid open the door and sat inside. She grinned at Kace.
"Hey Kace! I can't believe its summer already!" She would be going home, then staying with her mom's parents with her family. She had received a letter this morning saying how her Grandpapa got sick, very sick, which still caused her stomach to twist. But surely it wasn't that bad of a sickness, right?
Anyway, Marigold turned to the other person in the compartment. "Hi! ...Adi, right?"
Kace then heard the compartment door open. He wondered who it could be and then he saw...Marigold! He grinned happily.
"Hey Marigold! Oh i know! This term went by wayyy too fast. I felt like we just got here and now we are going home." He looked over at the castle passing through his window.
His parents had a lot planned this summer. He would be going on a cruise with his whole family. Then after the cruise, he would go to sports camp and play soccer with his buds. He was happy to go to his soccer family because he did miss his buds.
"What are your plans this summer?" he asked Mairgold.
