Gavin stuck his hands in his pockets and made his way down the corridor. Fairly empty right now, something going right for once? He didn't trust it. He had this sinking feeling that at any moment Cale would run by, screeching about a mutant in his office. As ridiculous as the idea was, it got him to turn around...checking.
He shook the idea from his head and continued walking. Some lunch was definitely in order.
All morning she had been having back pain and she was beginning to think being at work so much was putting a lot of strain on her. Her first pregnancy was a breeze but this one..yeah not so much. Didn't matter though she had a lot to know and some of it involved going to level six but with the lift not working she definitely had to walk.
Definitely took a toll on her.
She paused in the corridor and leaned against the wall to catch her breath, only to realize that she wasn't alone.
"Oh...I guess I'm not the only one forced to exercise because of the lift."
