Why did he keep smiling at her? How was Aspen supposed to steal his wallet? ...BORROW his wallet. She kept smiling back, sticking close to Josh, even moving in CLOSER still as he suggested they "try everything in mind."

Aspen got her wand out, aimed it, and turned everything that was in the room UPSIDE DOWN. It hung a few feet up, so now they could see the full floor.

Plus maybe it got Josh's attention elsewhere and she could take his wallet. Just to see what was in it. And to get money to buy lunch.
