Logan grinned when she said it was her. "Yeah, it's me." he said with a chuckle, hugging her back tightly. When she pulled away, he couldn't help but take notice she was sort of blushing. A few long, long years. Cardigan enjoyed Salem, but she missed him every second. Being all the way across the pond, it was kind of hard to maintain contact with her friend. But believe her, she wanted to. The burden of it teared at her every day she went to that school. Sad, but true. Sure, she had enjoyed being there, but it just wasn't her place. She didn't belong.
"I got shipped of to Salem for a few terms by my mum and dad," Cardigan replied, guilt laced in her words.
"My aunt lives there. I didn't have much say in the matter."
It wasn't her fault, but she couldn't help but feel bad for it. He didn't deserve to be worried sick about her, of all people. She wasn't worth the trouble, or time.
