Thank Merlin there were no elephants at school, yeah? Ella would have felt horrible trying to take a scrape skin from one and she didn't fancy having that type of skin anyhow. Even if it would be sort of cool considering the wrinkly skin would help keep her cool. That would have definitely come in handy for Quidditch.

ANYWAYS...

The blonde had hurried off towards the Nursery when Lafay gave the class the go ahead and wandered right over to the little crups. They were adorable, huh? Speaking of Crups, Ella really did need to go visit Botros and Feo soon. She missed then both. Bending down, the seventeen year old giggled as the little ones surrounded her, amused by how squirmy they were. "Hello there, Crups. Having a nice day?" Scratching behind ears was happening and the blonde eyed the different crups curiously, wondering which one wouldn't mind her taking some of its fur.

Eventually she settled on a little one who seemed glued to her leg. She liked its temperament and decided this one was least likely to snap at her when she went for a few bits of its hair. "Hello, lovely. I'm just going to take some of your hair while I'm here, okay? I promise it won't hurt and all you have to do is sit still. Can you do that?" GRIN. What a cutie pie. Ella removed her wand and stroked the crup so that it was nice and calm, she then quickly severed a bit of hair from its back as she continued stroking the head, making sure that she didn't take too much. She didn't want the thing to catch cold. Placing the hair safely away, the blonde beamed at the crup. "Thank you for that. You were a lovely patient." Or something. Yeah.

Now to get back to class. She'd need to be quick. "Bye crups!"
