Oh sure foreign kid, slip into the class late, no big deal. She paid hardly any attention as the Professor did her scolding. That's what you got. She didn't know how they did it at their schools but here they were forced to be ontime for Transfiguration class. It was a thing, a thing they needed to get used to. Merlin knows they'd been nothing but trouble so far, the rude kind that didn't like talking to anyone but each other. Pfft.

She looked to her toad. Switching leaves. Okay. Lex checked the incantation once more. Obiectum Verto. It didn't surprize her that she didn't know this one either. It wasn't like the young Gryffindor spent half her time reading spell books. Not this kind.

"Obiectum Verto...Obiectum Verto.......Obiectum Verto." Had to get it rolling off her tongue just right. Imagine the poor toad if she accidentally ended up switching out his eye or something. Aim and wand movement would definitely be next on her list of things to get right before attempting anything on the toad. He'd appreciate it lots, she could tell.
