She turned back to her book breifly, long enough to make a few more notes in the margins and bookmark her page before giving Olly her full attention. "Just some studies that I do apart from school nonsense." Dora was more into that than she was her actual school work, which was okay since this was her OWL year and she didn't really need school stuff to pass.
Early fall? Huh. Something told her that Dora was actually serious about this. Or sort of anyway. Wow. "There aren't that many people out and about either." When it was cold. In summer she imagined people spending all their time dancing around by the lake, trying to get a tan or showing off their summer clothes. All about being seen.

So, yeah, naturally, Olly liked it better when it was like it was right now.

Olly shrugged with a small sigh, her eyes resting on Dora even though the other girl wasn't looking at her. "Not really, no." But it was worth a try, yeah? Actually, Olly would never have thought that she would get so worried about her OWLs and final exams. She partly blamed Els.

And to distract herself from those thoughts, she leaned forward slightly in an attempt to catch a glimpse of what Dora was scribbling in her book. "Yeah? What are you working on?"
