Time to do breathing exercises. He learned how to do this in Romanos class. He took a deep breath in....then he counted to four. One....two...three...four and then held his breath on a count of two and then released. He actually felt calm and relaxed. He did it again one more time and then felt like he could concentrate. Now he had to do muscle movements or exercises what the teacher called them.
He had to roll his neck four times slowly all the way around. He rolled it once....all the way around. Two....three....and then four. He felt his bones crack in his neck and it felt great. He breathed out feeling refreshed. Now he rolled his shoulders and he felt them crack and after doing it the fourth time, the muscles felt relaxed and not so tense. Now he had to kick his legs? Uh...this was getting funny now.
But he heard a crash from a crystal ball and that distracted him. He tensed up and turned around and wondered what the matter was.
