Though, Cassia forgot about it most of the time since she's had her friends since before. Her concern however was the creatures that may be looming somewhere near them. This after all was a forest.
She, too, had noticed the encounters with the bowtruckles. That poor firstie had an army chasing after him. Kat looked concerned, Cassia was just amused. She didn't laugh, though the scene was kind of funny. From this point of view, anyway.
Nodding at Kat, Cassia turned to a tree near by, "I'll search for wood lice," She said starting doing so already. She of course wouldn't want to have an army of bowtruckles snatching at her hair. She didn't want them near her hair at all. So it wood lice was needed then she would get it no problem.
Mental checklist, that was what Kat made while she and Cassia were out here in the Forest of Dean. Still a pretty place, and Kat totally found time to admire it. Nice trees, minus that stinkin' Wiggentree with bowtruckles. But anyway, she and Cassia weren't any exemption to that. They'd have to face it later on whether they liked it or not. "
Dittany down," she said. "
So we have kelpie hair, augurey feather, and a piece of that Wiggentree to go." Were there other Wiggentrees though? One that actually didn't have bowtruckles? Kat would rather face that one instead of the one Captain Ella and ickle Caleb were handling. Better safe than sorry, you know, but it didn't seem like they had a choice. Where was that Banner dude anyway?
OKAY. So now the Head Girl was eyeing the bowtruckles. "
Watch the hair," was all Kat said. She didn't even expect it to leave her mouth. WAS IT GOING TO ATTACK HER THEN? ... No. Kat hoped it wouldn't. Honestly, they wouldn't wanna mess with a Slytherin. Especially this one. Mental!flail.
"
And be careful. Wood lice aren't cute," Kat said. Because they were GROSS and have you seen them crawl with those hairy legs of theirs? Disgusting and all.
No wonder those bowtruckles look horrible. You are what you EAT. Snort. Kat was snorting at her lame joke. Haha. Okay. She was crazy. Once Cassia went to find wood lice, Kat went as well. She took another stone and scratch the tree a bit. No, she wasn't going to risk on using her flare stone to scratch the tree bark. She wasn't that dumb. Gross. Gross. Ew. Okay. Maybe it would've been better if Banner dude was kind enough to have provided them with fairy eggs instead? RIGHT?
